Recipe Of The Week
Keeping Your Food Simple – Cooking from scratch
My latest concoction
500g of minced lean beef from the bucthers
carrots x 4
red onions x 2
spinach (as much as you want)
1 organic vegetable cube
Spices – I used Petra’s diet spice
Serve with wheat and gluten free pasta spaghetti or potato for your cheat meal
This meal takes less than 30 minutes to put together so what is your EXCUSE for not eating clean???

Exciting News…….I had a meeting with Croydon Radio station on saturday and I am going to be doing my own show as their Health and Fitness Expert! I had a few minutes on air on saturday which was nerve racking!. I will be doing a 20min guest slot in the next two weeks and then start with a monthly show :O) Exciting times…..spreading the word about clean simple nutrition and fitness that fits in with your life!
