My name is Chris Tuck

I am a trauma informed health and wellness mentor and coach and I empower my clients to move forwards in their lives through the unique Breaking the Cycle™ – C.L.E.A.N.E.R.™ living therapy programme.

I created this ground breaking programme to become mentally and physically fitter and resilient after suffering from the impacts of adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

Most of us have suffered a trauma or two in our lifetimes and it can cause us to become stuck in so many ways.

It can stop us from fulfilling our potential, reaching our goals, being happy and healthy with ourselves or people in our lives.
