WWHF Classes, Courses, Corporate & Bespoke Personal Training


All classes are small in number; a maximum of 12 to ensure individualised care & attention.

EarlyRisers HiiT / LiiT Club – £70 for a 4 Week Block

  • 12 Sessions per month on Mon, Weds & Fri 6.15am to 7am Live or on On Replay in the VIP Group.
  • PLUS complimentary access to the Online VIP group On Demand library containing 100’s of workouts.

Menofit Classes – £28 or £45 for a 4 Week Block

  • Circuits on Mon 7.30pm to 8.30pm or Legs Bums Tums on Thurs 6.45pm to 7.30pm
  • 4 sessions per month either class £28 Or both sessions = 8 sessions per month = £45

StressBusters Pilates & MenoPilates – £40 for a 4 Week Block or £12 PAYG if there are spaces 

  • 4 sessions per month – there are currently 5 different sessions on the timetable:
  • Mon 7.30pm, Tues 9.15am & 10.45am, Thurs 9.15am and Thurs 7.30pm.

Forever Young Fitness – £28 for a 4 Week Block

  • 4 sessions per month on Thurs 10.45am to 11.45am.

Personal Training Package with Chris Tuck – £500 for a 4 Week Block

Includes a 60min Client Assessment covering your history, current lifestyle, future needs and requirements.

  • Ongoing daily mentoring & support.
  • 4 x 60min check in and personal training sessions.

 

Small Group Training Max 5 Members – £449 per person. Earlybird £379 

  • 1/2 Day Workshop 
  • 1 x 4 Weeks access to face to face or online classes
  • Daily mentoring & support via Whatsapp group

 

8 Week Course Max 10 Members – £650 p/person. Earlybird £599

  • 1/2 Day Wokshops x 8
  • Daily mentoring & support via Whatsapp group.
