Finally! A beginners/Intermediate circuits class!
This session incorporates different exercise and skills set out as a circuit class, with strength and endurance rolled into one. Exercises target and challenge the entire body.
This session is fun & active allowing you to work at your own pace and level.
Class consists of:
- 1 min stations x 20 targeting arms/legs/back/core stability and heart
- Lower or upper body section
- Abs section
- Stretch and relax.
There are alot of techniques to learn in this type of class to ensure your own personal safety and that of the other participants. It is recommended that you attend the beginners circuits if you are new to exercise or returning to exercise.
Once you have learned the correct techniques for how to lift weights/to carry out a specific exercise or to stretch your muscles……you will be able to take this knowledge away with you and continue to exercise on your own! and feeling happy that you are exercising correctly and safely.
There are many users of the Rugby Club so all the equipment for the Circuit classes are kept downstairs. Circuit Participants usually assist me with the class set-up and this is much appreciated!
